Introduction
Welcome to Realignz™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing a membership, subscription, digital product, assessment, resource, or accessing any Realignz™ services, you (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing or accessing Realignz™.
Realignz™ provides performance-alignment resources, assessments, digital tools, micro-actions, skill accelerators, live strategic sessions, AI-supported resources, and professional development support for real estate professionals, teams, brokerages, and organizations.
Realignz™ is not a brokerage, legal advisor, tax advisor, financial advisor, licensing authority, or compliance advisor.
Membership Plans, Payments & Automatic Renewal
Realignz™ offers membership-based access to digital resources, assessments, skill accelerators, micro-actions, tools, templates, AI-supported resources, and live strategic sessions.
Current membership options may include:
Monthly Membership
The Monthly Membership is $97/month and begins with a 90-day foundation period.
The initial 90-day foundation period is billed at $291 at checkout.
After the initial 90-day foundation period, the Monthly Membership continues at $97/month and automatically renews monthly unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Annual Membership
The Annual Membership is $997/year and automatically renews annually unless canceled before the next renewal date.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, PayPal, Kajabi Payments, or other approved checkout providers.
Realignz™ does not store your full credit card or payment information.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize Realignz™ or its payment processor to charge your selected payment method according to the membership plan you choose.
Prices may change in the future. Any price changes will apply only to future billing periods and will be communicated when required.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method according to the plan selected at checkout until canceled according to these Terms.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Monthly Memberships begin with an initial 90-day foundation period billed at $291.
After the initial 90-day foundation period, Monthly Membership access continues at $97/month and may be canceled before the next billing cycle.
Annual Memberships renew annually unless canceled before the renewal date.
Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund prior payments, the initial 90-day foundation payment, annual payments, or unused portions of a membership period unless required by law.
Because Realignz™ provides access to digital content, assessments, reports, resources, live sessions, and membership materials, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
If you believe there has been a billing error, please contact Realignz™ support promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
90-Day Foundation Period
Realignz™ is designed as a performance-alignment system, not a quick-fix program.
The Monthly Membership begins with a 90-day foundation period so members have time to complete the Insight System, build production clarity, apply micro-actions, use available tools, and participate in live strategic support.
The 90-day foundation period is not a guarantee of results, income, client acquisition, production, business growth, or professional success.
EU/UK Consumer Withdrawal Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with statutory digital-content cancellation rights, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, unless you have expressly consented to immediate access to digital content or services and acknowledged that this may limit or waive your withdrawal right where permitted by law.
By accessing Realignz™ digital content, assessments, downloadable resources, membership materials, or live session access immediately after purchase, you acknowledge that your statutory cancellation rights may be affected according to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Membership Access & Use
Your membership grants personal, non-transferable access to Realignz™ materials and services.
You may not:
- Share your login credentials
- Resell or redistribute Realignz™ content
- Copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute Realignz™ materials without permission
- Use Realignz™ materials to create competing products, courses, assessments, coaching programs, training systems, business tools, or membership platforms
- Record, distribute, or repurpose live sessions without written permission
- Remove branding, copyright notices, or proprietary markings from Realignz™ materials

Members may not use Realignz™ materials, assessment structures, prompts, frameworks, member resources, recordings, or outputs to train, build, imitate, reproduce, or improve competing AI tools, courses, coaching systems, assessment products, memberships, or training platforms.
Violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
Assessments, Quizzes & Results
Realignz™ assessments, quizzes, reports, diagnostics, Production Blueprint tools, implementation plans, and performance insights are designed for educational, developmental, and professional-growth purposes only.
Assessment results may help guide your learning path, production clarity, development priorities, or implementation focus, but they are not psychological, clinical, legal, financial, tax, employment, licensing, brokerage compliance, or business advice.
Assessment results do not guarantee business outcomes, income, transactions, client results, leadership success, brokerage growth, or professional performance.
You are responsible for how you interpret and apply your results.
Live Strategic Sessions
Membership may include access to live strategic sessions, group sessions, workshops, guest sessions, or other live learning opportunities.
Session topics, dates, frequency, guest speakers, and availability may change.
Live sessions are intended for educational and professional-development purposes only.
Recordings may or may not be provided, depending on the session format and platform policies.
Realignz™ reserves the right to modify, reschedule, replace, or discontinue live session offerings at any time.
AI-Supported Tools & Resources
Realignz™ may provide AI-supported prompts, templates, tools, resources, or implementation support.
These tools are designed to support thinking, planning, learning, organization, and professional development. They should not be treated as legal, financial, tax, brokerage compliance, licensing, fair housing, or professional advice.
You are responsible for reviewing, adapting, and applying any AI-supported output appropriately within your market, brokerage policy, legal requirements, professional standards, and applicable laws.
AI-Supported Assistant
Realignz™ may offer an AI-supported assistant, chatbot, or similar tool to help members navigate FAQs, resources, micro-actions, course materials, tools, and general implementation support.
The AI-supported assistant is intended for informational, educational, and navigation support only. It is not a substitute for professional advice and may occasionally produce incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate responses.
The AI-supported assistant does not provide legal, tax, financial, accounting, immigration, licensing, brokerage compliance, fair housing, psychological, clinical, or employment advice.
Members are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and appropriately applying any AI-generated information.
Members should not enter confidential, sensitive, client-specific, transaction-specific, financial, legal, brokerage-proprietary, or personally sensitive information into the AI-supported assistant.
Realignz™ may update, limit, suspend, or discontinue AI-supported assistant features at any time.
Professional Responsibility
Realignz™ provides education, performance insight, professional-development tools, strategic support, and implementation resources.
You are solely responsible for:
- Your business decisions
- Your compliance with real estate laws and regulations
- Your compliance with licensing rules, brokerage policies, MLS rules, association rules, and fair housing obligations
- Your client relationships and professional conduct
- Your use and implementation of any Realignz™ strategies, tools, assessments, prompts, or resources
- Your financial, legal, tax, and business decisions
Realignz™ does not provide legal, tax, financial, accounting, immigration, licensing, fair housing, brokerage compliance, or professional regulatory advice.
Use of Realignz™ does not create an attorney-client, financial advisor-client, broker-client, employment, fiduciary, agency, or consulting relationship unless separately agreed in writing.
You should consult qualified professionals when needed.
No Guarantee of Results
Realignz™ does not guarantee income, transactions, clients, listings, referrals, brokerage growth, production increases, business success, personal transformation, or specific professional outcomes.
Your results depend on many factors, including your market, effort, consistency, experience, business model, brokerage environment, implementation, professional conduct, and external conditions.
Any examples, case studies, testimonials, or educational materials are for informational purposes only and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees.
Intellectual Property
All Realignz™ content, assessments, reports, frameworks, tools, templates, videos, presentations, live session materials, AI-supported resources, prompts, branding, logos, graphics, website content, and other materials are owned by Realignz™ or licensed for use by Realignz™.
Unauthorized copying, distribution, resale, reproduction, public display, modification, or creation of derivative works is prohibited.
The Realignz™ name, logo, frameworks, assessments, and related branding may not be used without written permission.
Community & Professional Conduct
Members are expected to participate professionally and respectfully in any live sessions, communities, comment areas, member interactions, or group learning environments.
Realignz™ reserves the right to remove, suspend, or terminate access for behavior that is abusive, disruptive, discriminatory, harassing, unlawful, threatening, inappropriate, or harmful to Realignz™, its members, its instructors, its guests, or its brand.
Account Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, fail to make required payments, share access, infringe intellectual property, misuse AI-supported tools, or engage in conduct that harms Realignz™, its members, or its services.
Termination for violation of these Terms does not entitle you to a refund.
Availability of Services
We aim to provide reliable access to Realignz™ materials and services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access.
Content, features, resources, live sessions, assessments, pricing, membership benefits, AI-supported features, and platform access may be updated, modified, replaced, paused, or discontinued over time.
Membership access means access to the current Realignz™ membership experience as it exists and evolves over time, not permanent access to any specific feature, session, resource, tool, or format.
We are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party platforms, internet providers, payment processors, hosting providers, or technical issues beyond our reasonable control.
Third-Party Platforms & Tools
Realignz™ may use third-party platforms, tools, and service providers, including but not limited to Kajabi, Stripe, PayPal, email platforms, video platforms, webinar tools, scheduling tools, analytics providers, and AI technology providers.
Your use of third-party platforms may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and data practices.
Realignz™ is not responsible for third-party platform outages, errors, policies, security incidents, or service interruptions.
Brokerage, Team & Organizational Access
Realignz™ may offer custom options for brokerages, teams, organizations, and industry groups.
Brokerage or team access may include assessments, diagnostic summaries, group learning, implementation support, agent development resources, progress visibility, or customized services depending on the agreement.
Individual-level assessment or performance information will not be shared with a brokerage, team, or organization unless the scope of sharing is disclosed, agreed to, or otherwise permitted by applicable law and the relevant service arrangement.
Custom brokerage, team, or organizational agreements may include additional terms.
International Use
Realignz™ may be accessed by users in different countries.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Realignz™ complies with the laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and professional standards applicable in your location.
Realignz™ does not guarantee that all content is appropriate, available, or legally compliant for every jurisdiction.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Realignz™ will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
Nothing in this section limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make significant changes, we may notify members by email, platform notice, website notice, or another reasonable method.
Continued use of Realignz™ after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
