Realignz Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction

Welcome to Realignz™ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing a subscription or accessing our services, you (“Member,” “you,” “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before subscribing.

  1. Subscriptions & Payments
  • Monthly Plan: $149/month, 4-month minimum commitment. Automatically renews monthly until canceled.
  • Annual Plan: $1,497/year (approx. 15% discount, equivalent to ~$125/month). Automatically renews annually unless canceled prior to renewal date.
  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal. We do not store credit card information.
  • No Prorating: We do not prorate or refund unused portions of a subscription.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellations must be made prior to the next billing date to avoid charges.
  • Refunds are not provided once access has been granted to digital content, unless required by law.
  • EU/UK consumers retain their statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, provided no digital content has been accessed.
  1. Course Access & Use
  • Your subscription grants personal, non-transferable access to our training courses, mentoring sessions, and resources.
  • You may not share login credentials, resell, copy, or distribute our materials.
  • Violation of this clause may result in account suspension without refund.
  1. Quizzes & Assessments
  • Assessments and quizzes are for educational purposes only.
  • Results may guide your learning path but do not guarantee professional or financial outcomes.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All course content, logos, branding, and materials are the exclusive property of Realignz.
  • Unauthorized use is prohibited.
  1. Disclaimers
  • Realignz provides educational content only. We do not guarantee income, client results, or business success.
  • You are responsible for applying strategies to your own practice.
  1. International Use & Governing Law
  • Our services are available globally.
  • Governing law: State of Florida, United States.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in Florida courts.
  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Members will be notified of significant changes.
