For more than two decades, Zola Szerencses has worked with real estate professionals, brokerages and industry organizations across the United States, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and beyond. His career began in real estate sales, where he built a strong foundation serving local, second-home, international and multicultural clients. That early work shaped his practical understanding of how agents build trust, communicate value and create opportunity across different markets.

Through his work as a broker, educator, global real estate advisor and former managing broker within an international franchise system, Zola observed a consistent challenge: real estate professionals often have access to education, yet many still struggle with consistent execution, clear professional standards and long-term growth. In that leadership role, he helped grow and lead an office to 155 agents in two years, gaining firsthand insight into agent development, onboarding, accountability and productivity systems and the operational realities brokerages face when scaling. 

Over the past 15+ years, Zola has also delivered skill-based real estate education, NAR and REBI designation training, leadership programs and customized professional development for agents, brokerages, developer sales teams and real estate organizations locally, nationally and internationally. Realignz™ was created as a response to those patterns.

Drawing from experience in real estate sales, brokerage operations, global real estate education, professional development and real-world leadership, Zola designed Realignz™ to help professionals strengthen execution, develop essential skills and stay aligned with clear standards throughout their careers.
