For more than two decades, Zola Szerencses has worked with real estate professionals across multiple markets, languages and cultures — from the United States to Europe, Asia, the Middle East and beyond.
Through his work with agents, brokerages and industry organizations, he observed a consistent challenge: real estate professionals often have access to education, yet many still struggle with consistent execution, clear professional standards and long-term growth.
Realignz™ was created as a response to that need.
Drawing from years of experience in brokerage operations, global real estate education and professional development, Zola designed the Realignz™ framework to help professionals strengthen execution, develop essential skills and maintain clear standards throughout their careers.
